valentine cake bites

this was my first ever attempt at these tasty little treats, and i'd say i was fairly impressed with my overall turnout but am excited to see how i improve as i create more!

these little fellas are made out of cake, which i'm sure you haven't guessed yet by the name. i have a whole list of different themes and flavors in my head that would work well as shower favors, wedding favors and the like - so stay tuned!

below you can see the chocolate/cream cheese bite before it is coated in pink chocolate goodness...and, of course, i couldn't let you go without showing you what they looked like after taking a bite!
